How do I order?

Ordering a watch from Philippe’s is fast, easy, and convenient.

When you have found the watch you would like to purchase, just call us at (310) 278 - 2715.

Ask to speak with the internet department OR you can e-mail us at Philippe@philippeswatches.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it OR you can fax us at (310) 278-3321 to inquire as to the availability of the watch or watches you wish to order.

To expedite your order, please have the Web site item number(s) handy when you speak with one of our sales associates. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:30AM - 5:30PM, Pacific Time. Watches may be reserved by voice mail, e-mail, or fax, and are held on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What type of guarantees do you offer?

All of our products are 100% authentic. I guarantee you will be happy with your watch. If not, just return it within the 2-day review period and I will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs).

Why do some online retailers have lower prices than Philippe’s?

Some online retailers may appear to be selling the same products as Philippe's Fine Watches at lower prices. However, you may learn that some of these online retailers are selling watches with serial numbers that have been removed via a filing process.

Do your watches come with serial numbers?Yes, while many other Internet watch companies sell watches that have had their serial numbers polished out, it is my policy to sell only watches with serial numbers intact.

What form of payments do you accept?

 

  • Credit Cards accepted via phone only. Ship To address must be the BILLING ADDRESS. Call me at (310) 278 – 2715.

  • All checks, money orders and cashier checks will be sent for “collection” rather than "deposit". This means that we will not ship until our bank has verified that it has collected the funds.

  • Wire Transfer is preferred and subjected to a 1% discount.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are located within CA then we will charge 8.25% Tax unless you have a CA resale certificate valid for watches and jewelry.

How long have you been in business?

I have been a full-time watch dealer since 1990. Every watch we sell is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. We purchase only the finest vintage and modern pre-owned watches, which are then carefully restored by our watch technicians to ensure accurate and reliable timekeeping. We are respected members of the IWJG and the NAWCC.

Are your pre-owned watches reconditioned, and if so, what is the warranty?

Other watch dealers brag about their "reconditioning" of vintage and modern timepieces. Because we only purchase watches that are in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition to begin with, often only a minor polishing or cleaning is needed. Every watch we sell comes with a one year warranty, the same guarantee offered on most new watches. Furthermore, any watch purchased from Philippe’s Fine Watches can be returned anytime for routine servicing at our wholesale cost.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes. We encourage trade-ins and will entertain most trade proposals. Due to our constant need for fine watches of all kinds, chances are that we have a customer waiting for your fine wrist watch. To submit a trade proposal, please use this form. One of our staff members will respond to your inquiry the next business day. We also buy watches.

Who else works at Philippe’s Fine Watches?

We have two full-time staff members, all of whom share Philippe's passion and enthusiasm for quality watches: Philippe, and Noah. If you have a question regarding a payment, FedEx or any other shipping issue please ask for Noah. He can also assist with taking your order and will be pleased to assist you, and can help if you have any questions or suggestions regarding our website. Both Noah & Philippe are available to answer any questions you may have about a particular watch.
